Returns and Refunds

Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the accompanying conditions:

– The Item has not been received by Buyer;

– The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;

– Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification to Buyer;

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please not that we do not provide cash refund.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

The goods are your responsibility until it reaches us, so make sure that it is packed properly can cannot get any damages on the way. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
